Alaska, Hawaill and Puerto Rico
We ship to Alaska, Hawaill and Puerto Rico via USPS for a fee of $12.95 and UPS for a fee of $14.95 with an expected delivery time of 6-10 days.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on the service you select, your order can take as little as 1 business day and no longer than 10 business days on all domestic orders. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing. Expedited shipments are not available for Saturday delivery.
When will my order ship?
Our shipping department is open Monday to Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Orders placed after 12 p.m. are processed the following business day. Please allow up to 2 business days to fully process your order. Orders are not processed on the weekends.
How much does international shipping cost?
We have a flat rate shipping cost for all international orders, which is $40.
All international orders take up to 8 -- 15 days transportation. Once reaching your country, it may take additional days for the package to be passed through customs. This additional time varies with each country.
How much are international duties & taxes?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be included in your total at checkout. Shabby Girls is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. There should be no further payment due upon arrival of your package but if there is an additional payment required you will be held responsible for that payment. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
If you refuse a shipment from Shabby Girls, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Shabby Girls. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In this instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
If you're not totally obsessed with your purchase, online orders are eligible for store credit!
All Jewelry including necklaces, bracelets, rings or any type of body jewelry, hats and sunglasses are FINAL SALE!!!
All returns MUST meet the following requirements:
- Merchandise must be returned within 20 days the order was received.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any Shabby Girls tags attached.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and have NO alterations or damages.
- FINAL SALE purchases are not eligible for any type of exchange or store credit.
- Shoes must include the original box in the original condition. A $25 fee will be issued if shoes are returned in a damaged box or without original shoebox.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders at this time.
If any returns do not meet the requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise has any signs of wear, alterations or damage. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
All purchases made in the store may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Please have the receipt and all tags attached. Any worn, altered or damaged merchandise may not be exchanged or returned for store credit.
